Add missing temp_project fixture and ensure config file is committed to git. This fixes 32 failing tests in test_bump_command.py and brings test coverage to 100%. Changes: - Add tests/conftest.py with temp_project fixture - Update bump_project fixture to commit .rhiza/.cfg.toml to git - This allows tests with commit=True flag to work correctly Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
